WARRIOR SOUL Signs To TRANSCEND RECORDS

April 13, 2009

WARRIOR SOUL has inked a deal with Transcend Records. More information will be made available soon.

WARRIOR SOUL recently parted ways with drummer Rob "Stevo" Stephenson and replaced him with Billy Williams. According to the band, Billy was chosen as WARRIOR SOUL's new drummer "for many reasons, not the least of which is that he is insane. Having been on Kory's [Clarke, vocals] solo tour in 2003, Williams proved to be a standout performer on and off stage."

Clarke stated about Williams: "This guy's fucking nuts. He fits right in, knows the material, and can rock with anyone I've ever played with. He'll be a blast to hang out with again!"

WARRIOR SOUL last year released a limited-edition album called "Chinese Democracy". Bassist Janne Jarvis stated about the CD, "'Chinese Democracy' has everything a WARRIOR SOUL fan should expect from a WARRIOR SOUL record. It has an ear for an argument, puke on its shoes and remains untouched by trends or the long-arm of the corporations."

Fan-filmed video footage of WARRIOR SOUL's October 24, 2008 concert at Dingbatz in Clifton, New Jersey can be viewed below (clip uploaded by "rcsguy664").
